Winners Personnel Ltd boasts an extensive database of candidates with a broad range of skills and experience seeking both Temporary and or Permanent employment within a large number of disciplines including Production, Warehousing, Driving, Engineering, Cleaning, Catering and Hospitality, Secretarial and Administration, Accounting, Sales and Management.

Each of our candidates has attended an in-depth face to face interview with one of our experienced consultants so that we might accurately ascertains their skills, experience and background. Candidates available for Temporary assignments will have to had complete all documentation required by legislation. This would include for example applications to the Workers Registration Scheme for workers from the new accession counties of the EU, and we insist on holding evidence of the candidates right to live and work within the UK as advised in Home Office guidelines. Additionally they will have completed a comprehensive questionnaire designed to highlight any relevant health issues or unspent convictions plus, 2 referees are requested from each individual.

Winners Personnel Ltd are also registered with the Gangmasters Licensing Authority allowing us to supply workers to companies operating within the Food Production arena. Finally, we are also able to carryout checks for both Standard and Enhanced Criminal Record checks should a position require it.
